Yes, free shipping is available on most products within the UK. Any delivery charges or free-shipping offers are clearly shown at checkout before you pay.

For Europe, North America and other international locations, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, order weight and chosen service.

Delivery times vary by country and service selected:

• United Kingdom: Expedited 48 hours (up to 2 business days), Standard 2–4 business days, and 4–10 business days for large packages or pallets.
• Europe: Approximately 2–11 business days (2–15 days for Turkey).
• USA: Approximately 2–7 business days.
• Other locations (Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Central and South America): Around 10–30 business days depending on location and service.

Handling time is usually up to 1 business day for most orders placed before 12pm (longer processing may apply for certain international shipments).

For UK orders, we mainly ship with Evri, DPD, Royal Mail and UPS.

For European, US and international orders, we work with reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DPD, DHL, USPS and local national postal and delivery services.

For UK order as we are based in UK there is nothing extra to pay.

For many European Union and North American destinations, duties and taxes may be collected at checkout, so you will see the total landed cost before you pay.

In countries where duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, you (the buyer) are responsible for any customs charges, import duties or local taxes once the parcel arrives in your country. These rules vary by country and are set by local customs authorities.

Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number wherever tracking is available. Some couriers can take 2–5 business days to update their online tracking, so "no information available" usually just means the parcel has not been scanned into their system yet.

Where possible we ship your entire order in one package. However, for logistical reasons or stock availability, items from the same order may sometimes be sent in separate parcels even if you selected combined shipping.

Orders can usually be cancelled or amended up until they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of placing it.

Once your order has been packed and handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case you can wait to receive the parcel and then follow our returns process if you still wish to return it.

You can request a return for eligible new, unused and unopened products within 30 days of receiving your order, unless a different period is clearly stated for a specific item.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging unless they are faulty or defective. Returns that are due to a change of mind, non-available or non-accessible address may incur a returns shipping charge if we arrange the collection.

Customers can also choose to return items using their own tracked courier service. We recommend keeping your tracking number until your refund is processed.

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and beauty products that have been opened, tested or used cannot usually be returned, unless the product is faulty or there is an issue such as damage in transit.

If your product arrives damaged, leaking or defective, please contact us with your order details and photos so we can help with a replacement or refund.

If you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue so our support team can resolve it quickly.

Once your return is received and approved, we aim to process your refund promptly. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method and may take up to 14 days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
